CTC Test

Early Cancer Screening "Black Technology" — CTC Testing

Circulating tumour cells (CTC) are cancerous cells formed when normal cells in the body are acted upon by various carcinogenic factors and become free-floating in the blood; or tumour cells that have shed from an established tumour mass into the blood and are scattered there.
Circulating tumour cell (CTC) testing is one of the most advanced medical detection methods available, and is more effective, precise and comprehensive than imaging or serological tests for early tumour detection.

Core Advantages of CTC Testing

A single blood draw (only 5 minutes) captures cancer cells circulating in the blood and gives a clear picture of whole-body cancer risk

1. Ultra-early detection: Can be detected at the tumour stage of <2 mm (ultra-early), outperforming conventional imaging (tumours >5–10 mm).

2. High sensitivity: Detection sensitivity reaches over 80–90%, significantly better than conventional tumour marker sensitivity (30–60%).

3. Non-invasive and convenient: Requires only 4 ml of blood; the process is quick (5 minutes) and non-invasive, suitable for all groups and repeatable multiple times.

4. Quantitative detection: Enables precise counting of circulating tumour cells in the blood.

5. Broad cancer coverage: Covers more than 30 malignant solid tumours including lung, gastric, liver, breast and prostate cancer — currently the only liquid biopsy technology capable of multi-cancer, high-sensitivity screening.

6. Wide application: Suitable for early screening, tumour prevention, efficacy evaluation, recurrence monitoring, precision medicine and many other clinical scenarios.

7. Fast and efficient: Blood samples remain valid for 3 days at room temperature without affecting results, and the report turnaround is short (3–7 working days), making handling and workflow convenient.

Japan ranks first in the world for early cancer detection capability

●80% of cancers are detected at an early stage
● Of these,80% of patients can be cured
● Japan's cancer cure rate reaches68%
